Reishi
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is the most sought after and sold mushroom in the world. We grow our reishi at our indoor farm in the Finnish countryside, in Karjalohja, Finland.
To make our potent, organic reishi tincture, we only use the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms, no mycelium. Reishi is extracted with ultrasonic assisted extraction (UAE) technology, as well as alcohol and hot water. With this innovative extraction method our aim is to maximise the bioavailability of the compounds of interest, such as triterpenes, found in reishi.

Cosmetic glycerin
Through ultrasonication, the mushroom (chitin) cell walls are broken in order to increase bioavailability of compounds. Ultrasonic assisted water and alcohol extraction guarantees that our mushroom extracts have the full spectrum of bioactive compounds.

REISHI
Reishi is grown in KÄÄPÄ Headquarters' growing facilities as well as in supply partner's facilities. Processing and manufacturing of the mushroom extracts and powders is done at KÄÄPÄ Headquarters in Karjalohja, in Southern Finland.
